About Dr. Chelsea LillbeckDr. Lillbeck graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2015 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. Shortly after graduation, Dr. Lillbeck moved to Thompson to begin working with Dr. Pritchard – eventually taking over his Chiropractic practice in January 2016.
Since moving to Thompson, Dr. Chelsea Lillbeck has continued her education with acupuncture and pre-natal care. After diving into Acupuncture, Dr. Lillbeck began to focus on how acupuncture could help not only human patients, but animals as well. This sparked a great interest as Dr. Lillbeck has a love for all animals including her own cat Mouse who she adopted in January 2017. Dr. Lillbeck has developed a passion for wellness-centred care and is committed to identifying the uniqueness of each patient. Animal acupuncture is an alternative option for owners who may want to avoid using any conventional pharmaceutical drugs. The goal of acupuncture is to stimulate the production and release of the natural body chemicals that block pain, dull or heighten the sensation within the nerve bundles and assist with increased circulation. When not working, Dr. Lillbeck can be found outside enjoying the beauty of Northern Manitoba, playing with her kitten Mouse or capturing some wonderful memories with her camera, as she is an avid photographer. |
